Makes 1 mocktail

What you'll need:

1 oz Seedlip Grove

3 oz Lemon & Ginger Spare Tonic

¼ oz lemon juice

½ oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water blended )

1 oz Pink Grapefruit Fever Tree

Grapefruit Zest for Garnish

What to do:

  • Combine all the ingredients except for the Fever Tree in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well.

  • Strain into a highball filled with ice then top off with 1oz Pink Grapefruit Fever Tree.

  • Garnish with a piece of grapefruit zest.
