Blueberry Granita


Serves 6-8 as a topping

What you'll need:

1 can Blueberry & Ginger Spare Tonic


What to do:

  • Pour the Blueberry & Ginger Spare Tonic into a shallow dish. Let it sit on the counter, uncovered, for 1 hour to lose some carbonation. 

  • Carefully place the container in the freezer and freeze overnight, uncovered. 

  • When ready to use, remove the container from the freezer, temper on the counter for 10 minutes, and scrape with a large fork. 

  • Spoon the granita over a bowl or parfait glass of fresh blueberries, yogurt and granola for a quick, refreshing dessert.
