Blueberry Granita
What to do:
Pour the Blueberry & Ginger Spare Tonic into a shallow dish. Let it sit on the counter, uncovered, for 1 hour to lose some carbonation.
Carefully place the container in the freezer and freeze overnight, uncovered.
When ready to use, remove the container from the freezer, temper on the counter for 10 minutes, and scrape with a large fork.
Spoon the granita over a bowl or parfait glass of fresh blueberries, yogurt and granola for a quick, refreshing dessert.
